Bugatti 10km - 10/08/2016
It was a successful evening for the seven Striders who competed in the Bugatti 10km.
JJ Willson led the club home with an excellent time of 42:06 on this tough hilly course, and came 2nd in the MV55 category in the process; whilst Amanda Steer (2nd LV45) and Emma Abbey (2nd LV40) both performed well in their categories.
Meanwhile there was a welcome debut from Kyle Sollars who ran well to beat the 50 minute barrier with a time of 49:07 to finish in 106th place, a strong 10km debut from Chris Thomas (54:06) and good performances from Gordon Bendall (52:33) and Rob Gladwin (57:57).
