CLC Striders speed/interval training w/c 15 March 2021
Please see interval session below, this week set by coach Joel Freeland
1 mile easy warm up followed by dynamic stretches and strides.
3 SETS OF:
- 5 minutes @ threshold pace (10/15secs per mile slower than 10k pace)
- 2 x 2 minutes @ 5k pace
- 1 minute easy jog recovery between efforts and 90secs to 2mins full recovery between each set. (27 minutes of effort total)
1 mile easy cool down and stretch.
Please adhere to the rules, only train if you feel fit & healthy and remember you CAN train together with 1 other person outside - so please reach out to other members/friends if you want some company.
