Session for this week Striders, to do on the usual Wednesday evening or whenever you wish!

Set by coach Joel Freeland:

6-8 x 1km repeats @10k pace

90secs walk recovery between each rep

(8 efforts only for those sub 38min for 10K)

Session to practice your goal 10k race pace/getting the legs used to this speed.
