BMC Regional Races, Tipton - 21/06/2016

On Tuesday 21st June, Rachel Vines and Sam Baylis made the trip up to Tipton to compete in the BMC regional races:  in the mile, Sam Baylis had an excellent race to claim a new PB of 4:48.0, whilst Vines ran her quickest 3000 for 6 years and her second fastest ever to finish in an excellent time of 10:59.0.
