Vitality London 10000 - 30/05/2016
A group of six Striders competed in the Vitality London 10,000 on Monday. In cool but slightly breezy conditions, there were notable performances from Paul Smith who beat the all important 40 minute barrier in an excellent time of 39:53; Karlien Heyrman who showed continued consistency over this distance with a strong time of 41:30; Rachel Vines who had another good run over this distance with a time of 42:06; Amanda Steer who finished within the top 20 for her LV45 category with a time of 43:41 and Rebecca Reynolds who ran well to finish in 46:55.
