Congratulations to Trudy Jones who is the winner of July’s strider of the month voucher which totals £30 to spend at Gloucester Sports. Trudy put in two strong performances during July over 5k and also set an age group Club Record over 5 miles at the Aero 5. well done Trudy keep it up. Happy running. Brendan
