Following on from his personal best in the 5km just two days before, Rich Cannock ran well, leading the pair home in a time of 5:07, 7th senior male overall. David James also donned his speedy shoes, acheiving a time of 6:52. The race, which incorporated the county 1 mile championships was won by Dave Roper in a time of 4:28.
