Parker ran well to finish in third place, and record the second fastest time of his career, his time was of 31.59 for this very flat and fast course.JP is pictured with the county road race series plaque, which he won convincingly over the 2011/2012 Road race season. Other Striders Prize Winners were Darren Milne who took 3rd place MV40 male, Milne smashed his own club record by over a minute to record a time of 34.31. Nicholas von Benzon and Philip Hodder also claimed club records in their respective categories.
Meanwhile, Hilary Agate led the Striders Women’s Team to Team Victory and recorded a PB of 37.48. The Striders first Team scorers consisted of Agate, Laura Kent and Jo Wilkie. The Striders had over 20 competitors taking part in this event.
