The winner of the Strider of the month award for November is Patricia Woods. Trish has run superb for the Club recently and was a scorer in the Silver medal winning Team at last Saturdays Midland 5 Cross Country Champs at Wolverhampton.
Trish wins a sports voucher to spend at Gloucester Sports.
