Liza Barry won Gold in the woman’s 4k county cross country championships, with Rachel Vines winning a superb Silver, and Lisa Boyd a well deserved Bronze. The lady’s team also won the team prize.

Will Ferguson ran well to finish 4th in the men’s event, with Rich Dare finishing in 8th position having a solid run. The conditions at plock court were very blustery and cold so it made this short race of only 2.8 miles very tough indeed
